If you primarily do your scrapbooking and paper crafting in one room of your home, consider buying an over-the-door shoe organizer with clear pockets.  The pockets are the perfect size for holding your cartridges and overlays.  Although you can buy shoe organizers in a variety of colors, clear pockets work best if you want to find what you need with just a quick glance.  Shoe organizers can be bought just about anywhere, from big box bargain stores like Wal-Mart and Target, to specialty bedding and linen stores.
