Hi Dawn. What makes the program not work with Cricut anymore? I have bought a SCAL disc and thinking that it would work with my cricut but came across your site in which you answer Sherry's post in re: to it not working anymore with Cricut machines. Anywhoooo.......If it does not work, I am going to sell the CD on ebay, where at least I can get half the money I spent for it. Let me know via my e-mail in re to my questions. Thank you for a great posting!!

Hi Sherry, No - the new versions of SCAL are no longer compatible with the Cricut machines. Same with Makes the Cut (MTC) and any other third party software programs.

I purchasec Sure Cuts and I have never looked back. In fact, you don't even need to purchase the Design Studio software to operate this product, you only need to download the free demo. I love the options Sure Cuts gives me with text. I feel the Cricut cartridges are limiting when it comes to text, and Sure Cuts solves that problem. I highly recommend this product; especially when you can download 10,000 fonts for under $15, and with the amount of FREE fonts there are online, it makes the investment completely worth while. It's the fastest way to maximize your Cricut.
