That’s a great idea! I now have an ATG gun, and I’m thinking about seeing if that is sticky enough. I will have to get some colored staples just in case!

I have used a tape runner, that holds well-enough for the short while, then stapled 2 staples at each end with colored staples. They add a cute decoration plus really help to hold.

I know it’s a year from the last post here, but I thought I’d add that I used my sewing machine and zig-zag stitched my sour cream containers closed. Very quick and secure! I filled them with the new Cadbury Christmas candies – like the bags of Cadbury Easter candy, but in Christmas colors. (Don’t eat the whole bag before you get your containers filled lol.)

Let us know how the presentation goes! It is a fun project for kids – my 11 year old wanted to make more before Christmas, but we ran out of time. Oh well, Valentine’s Day is just around the corner…

Awesome idea! I have a 4-H club that does presentations at a mall event in March. I can’t wait to share this craft with them. I am sure it will be one that they choose to share with the public at the March event. The kids will love it!!!

Just another thought as an alternative to sticky tape. I’ve heard a hot glue gun works…although you may end up with some burns! Good luck!
